We are looking for multiple Customer Experience super stars to join the team on a fixed term basis as a first point of contact for Practitioners and members of the community who contact the VBA.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We currently have multiple positions available on a fixed term basis available, to join our supportive and dynamic Customer Experience Team.
An important and integral role at the VBA, as a Customer Experience Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by responding to all inbound phone enquiries and supporting practitioners and members of the community who contact the VBA.
In this role you will provide an excellence service in communicating with practitioners and consumers by predominately inbound phone enquiries, as well as email, and direct mail, provide information and authoritative advice to stakeholders regarding the VBA’s practices and procedures and contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Customer Experience Unit by contributing to the development and implementation of new practices and procedures.
