We are growing our customer experience department and are looking for fluent English and German or Italian speakers to support our customers via live chat, email and phone.
MPB is the leading platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment around the world.
Our EU base is in Berlin and we’re hiring for people who are looking for a fulfilling career. You must be based in Berlin to apply for this position. This is a 14-month temporary contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
- Some previous experience in a customer support/service/experience role
- Fluent German or Italian and English skills - verbal and written
- Problem solving abilities
- Customer first mindset
An interest in photography or videography is highly beneficial.
