Position: Customer Experience Advisor
Location: Office Based - 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY
Working Hours: There are two shifts available, and you will be asked at interview which shift you are applying for .
As a Customer Experience Advisor at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email, addressing and resolving customer enquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Quickly and creatively solve customer problems, and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and supporting peers to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Stay updated on R&R products, services, and systems, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance customer service.
- Participate in training sessions to develop new skills and knowledge, open to learning about customer needs, preferences, and frustrations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, articulating solutions clearly and professionally.
- Work well in a team environment, showing willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues
