Our boats are fully-electric, so you can enjoy your day out without worrying about your impact on the environment.
We’re looking for a Customer Experience and Sales (CX) Crew member to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales: Utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales and bookings, ensuring our boats are fully utilised and customers have everything they need.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service, from assisting with bookings to ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience on the water.
  • Maximise Revenue: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or extend bookings, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Safety First: Prioritise safety at all times, providing safety instructions to customers and teaching them to drive our boats

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • A strong ability to drive booking sales and upsell to customers as they check in and during their time with us
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Keen interest in outdoor and water-based activities
  • Technologically capable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-focused role
