ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a candidate with proven coaching and influencing skills, who can easily bring the best out of others. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Confident and engaging facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally from within a call centre environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Great computer skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Having MINDA Product knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll providing training, coaching and support to our Customer Experience Reps, enabling them to deliver exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers, have genuine conversations, and provide value-add support.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Running the induction training with new starters
  • Completing needs analysis to identify, develop and design training and learning solutions for both induction and seasonal training for the Customer Experience Centre
  • Using Quality Assurance tracking and reporting to design, and continually improve upon, best practice learning opportunities.
