ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a candidate with proven coaching and influencing skills, who can easily bring the best out of others. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Confident and engaging facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally from within a call centre environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Great computer skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Having MINDA Product knowledge will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll providing training, coaching and support to our Customer Experience Reps, enabling them to deliver exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers, have genuine conversations, and provide value-add support.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Running the induction training with new starters
- Completing needs analysis to identify, develop and design training and learning solutions for both induction and seasonal training for the Customer Experience Centre
- Using Quality Assurance tracking and reporting to design, and continually improve upon, best practice learning opportunities.
