Description:
We are seeking a charismatic and professional Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team and be the welcoming face for our high-profile unique venue in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering an exceptional guest experience, with a friendly and engaging personality, ensuring every visitor feels valued and well cared for.
You will play a key role in managing guest relations for corporate events, including meet-and-greets for attendees, high-profile dinners, and day delegate functions. This position requires a confident, detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally within high-profile event settings.
- A charismatic, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest requests with tact and efficiency.
- Professional appearance with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience in coordinating guest services for corporate events or large-scale functions (preferred).
- A team player with a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet of guests, delegates, and clients with a warm and professional manner
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is smooth, enjoyable, and exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate guest services for large-scale dinners, corporate events, and day delegate packages at two prestigious Birmingham venues.
- Work closely with the hospitality and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of all event services.
- Assist with event logistics, ensuring that the setup, catering, and guest needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Provide personalised service to all guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any requests.
- Handle guest feedback and address any concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Ensure the venues maintain the highest standards of service and presentation at all times.
- Support the event management team with administrative tasks, guest lists, and event schedules.
