LGE US NA LSR (LIFE SOFT RESEARCH) IS HIRING: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & INSIGHT RESEARCHER (SPECIALIST)

Are you an experienced CX Researcher with a passion for consumer insights, product & service innovation? Join our LSR Insight Team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in CX/UX Research, particularly in consumer goods.
  • Strong research skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Proficiency in various research methods: ethnography, contextual inquiry, design thinking,in-depth interviews, surveys, online testing tools, data analytics (Tableau), concept testing, usability testing, and A/B testing etc.
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week (required)
  • Proficient in both Korean and English (bilingual / required)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented CX Researcher to support customer insights and concept, focusing on innovation discovery for various products and services, including large appliances, small appliances, TVs, B2B platforms, and more. You will work on projects ranging from future innovation programs to next-year production platforms, taking a holistic approach from initial insight discovery to consumer research, prototyping, and testing, encompassing both digital and physical touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research into Consumers, Competitors, and the Trend
  • Analyze data from numerous sources to identify market trends and consumer demographics
  • Conceptualize and iterate on high-quality end-to-end consumer insights
  • Lead consumer insight discovery and synthesis to inform innovation and platform strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Conduct user research, prototyping, and testing to validate concepts and experiences
