We’re looking for a passionate, team-oriented leader with a smart commercial view to join our Customer Team Emerging Markets. As we continue to expand, your role will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and strategic growth. You’ll take the lead in some areas, provide support to others, and always drive the team forward. In addition to leading customer success, you’ll manage a variety of projects—from event planning to budgeting—ensuring that our business strategy is both solid and forward-thinking

- You oversee the entire strategic customer success cycle, ensuring top-notch experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- You manage customer success processes with your team, creating “WOW” moments that delight our customers.
- You work closely with the sales team to create and implement crucial account plans
- You participate in key projects, such as event planning and budgeting, contributing to our growth strategy.
- You act as the main point of contact between clients and Orac’s internal teams, including production, finance, and logistics.
- You guide a team of customer experience specialists, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer success.
- You coordinate sales and marketing activities within your market, ensuring the customer journey is aligned with Orac’s strategy.
