Description:

As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be the primary contact for your assigned accounts, addressing customer needs and expectations. This includes handling inbound calls and emails about order inquiries, ship dates, issues, changes, repairs, and RMAs. You will collaborate with departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, and Product Managers to resolve issues. Additionally, you will manage order processing, including entry, expediting, changes, returns, and status monitoring, while seeking opportunities to enhance Customer Care processes.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in influencing and working effectively at the operational level
  • Experience with SAP, customer portals, Oracle, Excel, and integrated reporting systems

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails regarding order inquiries, ship dates, issues, changes, repairs, and RMAs.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, and Product Managers to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage order processing, including entry, expediting, changes, returns, and status monitoring.
  • Handle customer invoicing and process returns.
  • Deliver forecast reports and seek opportunities to improve Customer Care processes.
