KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year customer service experience essential
- Previous experience as an Administrator / Receptionist is desirable
- Computer literate with proficient knowledge of outlook, word, excel
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks concurrently, effectively, and to deadlines
- Ability to prioritise important tasks and manage time effectively
- Highly professional, well presented, and welcoming manner
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with telephone callers, visitors, and staff
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
While this role is for maternity cover, there may be future permanent opportunities for the right candidate within the Company.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent receptionist/front-of-house services, together with performing key administrative tasks within the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide high quality customer service, dealing with telephone calls and visitors in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.
- Scheduling and booking customer appointments for our showroom.
- To undertake a range of administrative activities, requiring use various IT systems.
- Responsibility for filing PODs and dealing with customer POD requests.
- To circulate incoming post to all staff and ensure outgoing post is sent daily.
- Maintenance of franking machine.
- Ordering all stationery and consumable supplies for the office.
- Maintain a clean & tidy reception area.
- Ad hoc administration assistance for various department.
