Reporting to the Director of Sustainability and Engagement, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring the customer experience at Dalhousie food service always slays!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post secondary education in hospitality considered an asset
  • Ability to speak multiple languages considered an asset
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Passionate about engaging guests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service role considered an asset
  • Valid WHMIS, Food Safe Advanced Certification, First Aid Certification considered an asset.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently, supervised and unsupervised
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull min. 35 lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring hospitality Service Excellence program, Aramark’s framework for outstanding guest and employee experience is followed in location
  • Creates a positive professional relationship with guests
  • Provides coaching to other employees to ensure that the best possible guest experience through the delivery of Aramark’s Service Excellence is provided
  • In partnership with the marketing team and operations manager, addresses guest feedback to ensure service standards are not only met but exceeded
  • Acts as Aramark’s on- site cheerleader for hospitality focused service excellence.
  • Regularly attends employee huddle meetings promoting Service Excellence and hospitality culture that build engagement and morale
  • Works with the management team to plan, facilitate, and implement frequent guest and client engagement activities.
  • Creates and establishes best practices within the location
  • Ensures all materials to guests, employees and client are hospitality focused
  • Additional duties may be assigned
