Responsibilities:
THE ROLE: MORE THAN JUST A TILL JOB
Forget what you think you know about working on tills - this is not a supermarket checkout role. As Customer Experience & Sales Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our retail operation, ensuring that every customer interaction is first-class. You’ll be leading a dynamic team, driving sales, promoting our loyalty scheme, and making sure that every visitor leaves with a great experience (and hopefully a few extra purchases!).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Customer Engagement: Providing exceptional service, making product recommendations, and ensuring every visitor enjoys the “Sunshine experience.”
- Team Leadership: Supervising and inspiring a mix of experienced full-time team members and newer part-time staff to deliver excellent service.
- Sales & Upselling: Encouraging customers to explore our fantastic product range
- Loyalty Scheme Growth: Promoting and signing up customers to our loyalty program to boost repeat business.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing the till area, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
