We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Australasia Customer Experience Team servicing Australian and New Zealand customers.
Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in retaining our customers by managing and exceeding expectations through delivering a high-quality service that focuses on our customer centric approach. You’ll build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of customer excellence whilst adhering to service level agreements. The yearly salary for this role is $55,000 plus a monthly target incentive, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm (afternoon shift).

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • General inbound queries (telephone and email based)
  • Creation and maintenance of customer accounts including:
  • Card activations, replacements, and terminations
  • Validation and processing of transactions
  • Problem resolution and triaging
  • Case management
  • Respond to and resolve product or service issues that customers are experiencing.

Qualifications & Skills
The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years’ previous experience in a customer service or senior administrator role. You are an expert communicator, with excellent active listening skills and the ability to show empathy with customers. You are a strong problem solver and can identify solutions for customers’ particular situation as well as assimilate information quickly and accurately. You enjoy learning and can learn quickly. You take ownership of your role and can take on constructive feedback to continuously develop. You are enthusiastic about helping people and can easily build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You are patient and adaptable when dealing with others. You will be committed to customer-centric outcomes and first point resolution. Card sector experience and experience in the automotive, fuels, oil and/or energy sector, payments, credit or debit card services will be highly regarded.
