Description:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be part of our team located in Santa Barbara, California. This role involves providing both local and remote support for a variety of desktop and laptop hardware as well as software platforms. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic environment that values customer service and technical assistance for meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade all desktop and peripheral equipment
- Respond to phone calls and emails to assist users with application and hardware issues
- Document problems and solutions in the Help Desk application software for future reference
- Setup and configure desktop or laptop computers for new hires
- Maintain documentation pertaining to hardware or software installations, computer asset tracking, and software licensing
- Assist in setting up video conference events and provide technical assistance for meetings
- Understand and utilize Desktop Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows and MacOS
- Have a working knowledge of Networking, TCPIP, SIP, VPNs, and cabling
- Leverage Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 for daily tasks
- Familiarize with Microsoft servers, Active Directory and a business network environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for appropriate action.
