Customer Experience Specialist

Robert Half is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a 4-5 month contract opportunity with an established e-commerce organization. This position will require flexible availability including nights and weekends as well as availability to work onsite in Lyndhurst, NJ.

• Handling customer inquiries via phone call, email, and chat instant messenger
• Processing customer orders and ensuring their successful delivery
• Researching purchase requests and providing appropriate follow-ups
• Assisting customers with returns or quality issues
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required
• Ensuring customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records on the Salesforce platform
• Leveraging e-commerce platforms to drive sales
• Demonstrating proficiency in order entry and call center customer service
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment, a plus
• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, during nights, weekends, and/or holidays required
• Must be available to work (5) 8-hour shifts Monday - Sunday
