Job Description Summary
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Description
- Order Management: Process customer orders, consignment releases, and billing.
- Communication & Issue Resolution: Handle calls, emails, and escalate critical issues.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the credit department to resolve invoice and credit issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving administrative processes.
- Customer Relations: Maintain professionalism and provide consistent customer support.
Additional Job Description
- Education: Associate degree
- Experience: Experience of working within a customer-serviced related role required
- IT Skills: JDE or SAP, Microsoft office suite, Powerpoint, Excel & Word
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch (and second foreign language French or German)
- Customer focused, strong communicator, ability to adapt and collaborate
- Working arrangements: Minimum 3 days a week in the office
