Customer Fulfillment Specialist (Contratto di Apprendistato)
Job Description
Join our 2-year apprenticeship program designed to support and improve the supply chain department’s performance, cost management, and customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on experience and professional growth within the Philips customer fulfillment dynamic environment.

Your role:

  • Advise on and execute short-term supply chain policies.
  • Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
  • Campaign for quality and enhance customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor team and individual performance using Lean tools like Kaizen and Kanban.
  • Implement new systems, processes, and Lean projects.
  • Analyze supply chain data to support sales, production, and purchasing.
  • Ensure budgets and schedules meet targets.
  • Track and analyze cost drivers to identify savings opportunities.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
  • You possess an understanding of ERP systems and Lean methodology.
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
  • You are proactive, motivated, and curious.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian.
  • You can interact with various departments and work in a matrix organization.
  • You have internship experience in supply chain or a related field (a plus).
