Semine is currently seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join their Oslo or Stockholm office. In this role, you’ll play a central part in their continued expansion and contribute to shaping the company’s global growth journey. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Completed post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer development with an understanding of contracts and negotiations; ERP partnership experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, specifically regarding SaaS contracts and customer relations
  • Excellent proficiency in Norwegian/Swedish and English, both spoken and written
    To succeed in the role of Customer Growth Manager, you are driven, structured, and skilled at building relationships. You are proactive and capable of driving growth and developing customer relations. Additionally, you have experience with negotiations and managing complex customer relationships, along with strong leadership and communication skills. In this role, you will be a key player in promoting Semine’s growth and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Customer Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and strengthen relationships with Semine’s existing customer base to meet upsell targets.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their needs.
  • Create and manage growth plans for strategic accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams across different locations and countries to ensure a cohesive approach to customer growth.
  • Lead regional growth initiatives for existing customers, ensuring that strategies are adapted and implemented across various markets.
  • Act as the customer’s voice within the organization, providing valuable feedback to product and marketing teams to improve the product and its positioning towards existing customers.

Commercial Focus:

  • Together with the CCO, act as an expert in Semine’s commercial business processes, driving consistency and excellence in account, process, and contract management.
  • Establish best practices and provide insights to improve the commercial lifecycle, from negotiation to contract renewal.
  • Work with the CCO to develop growth strategies and manage potential risks related to commercial dealings.
  • Ensure all commercial transactions comply with relevant SaaS contracts, terms, and policies – both internal and external.
  • Assist the CCO in implementing and operationalizing changes in processes, policies, and procedures to support further growth and build scalability across markets.
