We are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our team.
As part of the Insight Team you will be key to enabling the business to make data driven decisions to benefit and support learners. Providing regular reporting and data analytics on student behaviour to product teams to influence the design of products and services; and running data selections for emailing and outbounding calling. You’ll do this by effectively leveraging the data and tools available to you to answer key questions and help drive discussions.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a customer insight team in a data rich industry
  • Knowledge or experience of PowerBI (desirable)
  • Experience in SAS, SQL or equivalent
  • Highly competent in Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Accurate, persistent with excellent attention to detail
  • Self motivated and proactive individual with the drive to succeed
  • A resilient individual who will strive to achieve their goals
