Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel; a quick learner, and technologically savvy.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Fluent in English, and exceptional communication skills are required
Responsibilities:
The Customer Insights Data Analyst plays an important role in interpreting customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights, which will allow management to make fact driven informed decisions across the organization. The main responsibilities will encompass analyzing customer behavior, evaluating customer feedback, and utilizing advanced analytical tools. By transforming complex data sets into actionable insights, you will contribute to enhancing business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This position is based in our Calgary, AB office and is NOT a remote or Hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and operational data to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and visuals, presenting key metrics to optimize a wide arrange of corporate programs and activities.
- Collaborate with different teams to address data-centric business challenges and provide analytical support.
- Perform loss impact assessments, onboarding and sale analysis, and customer retention studies to influence strategic business decisions.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques, leveraging tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to organize and present information.
- Help champion initiatives to develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives and will enhancement the customer experience.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis when necessary and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Create visually engaging reports and dashboards for clear communication of insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through detailed validation and cleansing processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to assist by providing valuable data and insights when necessary.
- Support agile delivery within the analytics function and contribute to ongoing improvements in analytical processes.
