Responsibilities:
The Customer Insights Manager is responsible for delivering Perth Airport’s market and customer insights program to improve understanding of the customer and support customer-centred decision-making.
The core functions of the role include driving the research and customer insights strategy, managing research programs and projects, delivering data analysis and reporting, utilising insights to support strategic decision-making, and working with stakeholders to identify actionable insights.
The role also involves managing agency relationships, providing analytics support, and collaborating with other business units to advance data utilisation across the business.
