Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for an experienced administrator with attention to detail, a friendly personality, to bring accurate, fast turnaround on customer system setups and changes.
Based at our Penrose head office, Reporting to the National Data & Analytics Manager, working within the respected Customer Integration (CI) team, you will be working closely with dozens of sales and customer stakeholders, from Whangarei to Invercargill, every day.
Your daily work will revolve around answering email and phone enquiries, but your soft skills will be your communication and willingness to learn your new tools in a great team environment.
Hugely important to this role is your friendly customer manner, as phone and email will be your primary communication channels. Our sales teams and customers will be relying on you for quick, accurate turn around on system setups and changes.
While this is a non-technical role, good PC skills including Microsoft Excel are essential, a good nose for numbers or basic accounts knowledge is also important. This is a role with potential for future growth into a technical role for the right person, and in turn we can offer you a great team environment, training, and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Being the first point of contact for entry level enquiries to the Customer Integration (CI) team
  • Monitoring the shared email inbox and self-selecting high frequency, low complexity regular tasks to action
  • Maintaining an inventory of thermal printers, and supplying them to customers on demand
  • Answering calls from customers & sales representatives
