Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you’ll work in a contact center environment to retain customers through proactive and reactive approaches, including inbound and outbound calling strategies. Responsibilities include creating custom solutions, recommending products/services, diffusing tense situations, and collaborating with various departments. Desired qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, two years of relevant experience, and preferably a bachelor’s degree with industry-specific knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent educational qualification
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer retention, customer service, or retail sales
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree and experience in the wireless industry focusing on customer retention, customer service, or troubleshooting
    Individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, adept at problem-solving and communication, and with a background in customer retention or sales would excel in this role.
