Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a superior customer experience in all interactions.
- Manage move requests and coordinate the necessary services.
- Conduct outbound calls to address any pending move requests.
- Follow up with customers through outbound calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Cultivate new leads from customers vacating their properties.
- Promote engagement with potential customers by showcasing our products and services.
- Call customers who had an interaction with any of the other areas of business and filled out a service feedback survey
- When customers had a negative experience take ownership to find a successful resolution for the customer and convert them into promoters of our services
