Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a superior customer experience in all interactions.
  • Manage move requests and coordinate the necessary services.
  • Conduct outbound calls to address any pending move requests.
  • Follow up with customers through outbound calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cultivate new leads from customers vacating their properties.
  • Promote engagement with potential customers by showcasing our products and services.
  • Call customers who had an interaction with any of the other areas of business and filled out a service feedback survey
  • When customers had a negative experience take ownership to find a successful resolution for the customer and convert them into promoters of our services
