The Customer Management team is responsible for ensuring a fantastic customer experience when receiving services from Vestas under a service agreement. Our aim is to build and maintain great customer relationships and drive customer centricity to deliver value to customers and Vestas. The department is part of the Offshore Service Operations organisation in the Vestas NCE Region.
Here you become part of a collaborative team of >500 colleagues who daily work on delivering services for offshore wind farms for our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational quality, health & safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore from one of our service vessels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational qualification at Bachelor’s or Master’s level within a commercial or technical field
- Minimum 5 year’s experience as customer manager or similar managing service contracts in a complex organizationFluency in English
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Manager you are the customer’s primary point of contact in relation to commercial, contractual, and major operational issues under the service agreement. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining great customer relations based on trust and value creation
- Providing quotations additional services by working with operational and technical stakeholders
- Identifying and driving additional sales opportunities and contract renewals, which create value for both customers and Vestas
- Managing defect warranty obligations, including assessment of technical reports
- Facilitating regular customer meetings, maintaining action logs, preparing formal correspondence, and delivering customer reports
Handling incoming customer queries and coordinating internal subject matter expert input to address the requestProviding internal reporting to relevant stakeholders, including contractual risk management, invoicing status, and revenue collection
