QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4-6 years in customer marketing with a proven track record in Enterprise B2B or AI-driven platforms. Experience in driving customer engagement, retention, and advocacy is essential.
- Skills:
- Expertise in developing and executing AI-augmented customer-centric marketing strategies that drive measurable improvements in engagement and retention.
- Strong track record in managing customer advocacy programs, with the ability to craft compelling narratives through AI-driven case studies and testimonials.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using AI and analytics tools to track and optimize customer marketing performance, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level and cultivate lasting loyalty.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms, leveraging AI to enhance marketing efforts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Additional customer marketing, AI, CRM, or data analytics certifications are highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE
VRIFY seeks an experienced and innovative Customer Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in building and nurturing customer relationships that drive loyalty, advocacy, and long-term value. This role is crucial in our mission to enhance customer satisfaction and transform users into passionate brand advocates.
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with customer success, product, and sales teams to design and execute personalized marketing campaigns showcasing VRIFY’s value. You will lead customer advocacy programs, support impactful events, and drive community-building initiatives, all while utilizing AI to ensure these efforts are data-driven, scalable, and highly effective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- AI-Driven Customer Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies that leverage AI tools to enhance engagement, boost retention, and drive advocacy. Tailor strategies to meet the unique needs of different customer segments within the AI-enhanced mineral exploration sector.
- Personalized Marketing Campaigns: Partner with customer success, product, and sales teams to design and implement personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers. Utilize AI to highlight the tangible benefits and success stories from using VRIFY, creating a strong emotional connection with the brand.
- Customer Advocacy & AI Integration: Lead the creation and expansion of customer advocacy programs, including developing compelling case studies, testimonials, and customer reference initiatives. Use AI to identify and engage potential brand ambassadors, amplifying their voices to contribute to VRIFY’s growth and reputation.
- Customer-Centric Events & AI-Powered Community Building: Spearhead the organization of customer-focused events, webinars, and community initiatives that foster a strong sense of belonging and loyalty among VRIFY users. Leverage AI tools to enhance these platforms’ effectiveness, deepening customer relationships and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement.
- AI-Enhanced Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to track the effectiveness of customer marketing efforts. Continuously refine strategies based on data to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Identify and act on emerging trends to further enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Feedback Loop & AI-Driven Insights: Establish and maintain an AI-enhanced feedback loop with customers to gather insights, understand their evolving needs, and listen to their voices. Use this feedback to improve customer marketing strategies and continuously enhance overall satisfaction.
