Description:
Pitchero is a sports technology business based in Tingley, Leeds. The company provides software and hardware products to the grassroots and professional sports market.
The company is located in a smart, modern office close to the M62 with free parking and excellent staff amenities.
As a Customer Onboarding Executive, you are an essential member of the Customer Success Team. Working alongside marketing and support staff, you will be responsible for contacting new customers, coaching them through set-up, and ensuring they become long-term successful customers.
Once contact is established, you will spend time listening to the new customer and understanding their unique complexities before providing advice and recommendations on how best to use Pitchero club management software.
A normal onboarding process would include multiple video calls and emails discussing; admin access, team and player setup, member data import, payment setup, and email and domain name registration.
Detailed training is provided, and you will be surrounded by a team of experts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Achieve a 50% conversion rate from trial to product sale
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Confident communication skills, able to present to groups of people via a video call
- Excellent timekeeping and calendar management
- Good all-round IT skills
- CRM experience
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience in online payment processing and member management
- Experience managing a community sports club (amateur or professional)
- Experience in volunteering and or managing volunteers
- Experience of HubSpot
Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage new customer onboarding
- Host video and telephone calls with customers
- Demonstrate key features and services
- Provide personal set-up recommendations
- Set up and manage trial software access
- Identity a customer revenue potential
- Upsell services, including software packages and payment processing
- Become a product export and knowledge leader
- Feedback ideas for improvement to product managers
- Contact key customers frequently for catch-up calls
