YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, and other similar fields
  • +3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO certification preferred
  • Experience in WMS implementation
  • +1 year of experience in People Management
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The Customer Onboarding Senrior Project Manager is responsible for managing implementation projects,including new business start-ups, system migrations, facility moves and special projects, to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and achieves KN/Customer objectives. In addition he/she overviews all Contract Logistics Projects and ensure the right methodology is implemented and supports other Project Managers locally. This position requires the direct or indirect supervision of other team members relative to all work performed on assigned projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for setting up, executing, managing and coordinating customer implementations on behalf of the Project Executive.
  • Develop project plans and recommendations in support of KN/Customer objectives. Track and report on the status of the project.
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients. Successfully manage customer expectations.
  • Control and monitor project effectiveness utilizing K+N Global standard tools and methodology.
  • Manage project scope and budget and ensure change control process is adhered to.
  • Identify, track and manage all project issues and risks.
  • Develop escalation processes to channel issues and concerns to appropriate parties.
  • Represent KN in meetings with external parties including clients, consultants, vendors, and others.
  • Provide regular project communications and timely status reports, as well as align goals, objectives and priorities within the team.
  • Manage and document project management results to ensure projects meet established objectives and deliverables, including project scope, timeline, resource usage and the transition and training cost to budget.
