THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you passionate about providing top-notch service and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Customer Services Support Coordinator to join our team and support the efficient operation of the airport terminal. You’ll be the go-to person for a range of responsibilities, from managing customer relationships to handling critical administration tasks. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, ensuring everything from stationery orders to security procedures are flawlessly executed.
This is a fixed term opportunity covering a period of parental leave.
Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration, with a knack for handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in ERP/ financial systems being a plus.
- A customer-first mindset, backed by experience in a dynamic customer service desk environment, preferably in an airport setting.
- The ability to manage diverse responsibilities, from processing lost and found items to supporting emergency operations.
- A proactive approach to learning and understanding airport operations, helping to ensure seamless services for all stakeholders.
