Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER

As a Customer Ops Support Specialist you will be responsible for the customer service aspects of SD/CS functionality and SD/CS Master Data maintenance. As a customer ops team member, you will also be responsible for order processing, error resolution, sales order auditing and reporting. Leveraging advanced SAP proficiency, this role works with a group in streamlining the order entry processes, collaborating with cross functional teams, and resolving escalated customer inquiries.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders .
  • Utilize current business tools to help streamline order entry processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Create, release, maintain, and audit SAP SD/CS master data.
  • Assist in development and ongoing maintenance of SAP documentation and testing of new functionality.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and a customercentric approach in order processing activities.
  • Conduct daily audits and correction of SAP documents to ensure smooth order to cash process.
  • Proactively identify recurring problems and make recommendations cross functionality for corrective actions.
  • Prepare of process business change request notifications in SAP in accordance with work instructions and internal team processes
