• 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience;
• Industry Experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Non Profit organizations;
• Experience with selling large scale consulting/professional services with recurring revenue from accounts/territory;
• Business development experience including complex agreements and familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape;
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion and ability to think strategically to assess customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-Level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation program.
  The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team is looking for Customer Practice Managers who can lead customer journeys that accelerate business outcomes. This role is a trusted advisor for our customers who can drive strategic and financial value for customers through promoting and selling transformational professional services programs.
