Responsibilities:

As a Customer Pricing Analyst you will facilitate the delivery of customer driven Merchandise pricing and promotional strategies and will effectively influence key stakeholders by applying the latest customer insights and data analysis.

To do this, you’ll:

  • Provide clear reporting on key metrics for pricing, and promotions by leveraging reporting/analytical tools including dunnhumby Price, and dunnhumby Promotional Analytics.
  • Simplify and optimise our analytics approach through automation, education and training - building capability within the Merchandise team by sharing best practices & working with experts across the business.
  • Influence our Customer Driven approach by delivering key pricing strategies through smart data driven recommendations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc insight analysis as and when needed and providing decision support that drives solutions.
  • Build a robust library of data insight that guides decision-making to effectively measure the health of category performance.
