We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Global Customer Projects team as the Customer Project Officer for the Nordic Baltics region.
As the Customer Project Officer, you will work closely with project teams and the sales community, maintaining daily contact with the HUB leader, RAC (Regional Application Center) Leader, and interacting with Vice Presidents. This pivotal role provides visibility on the business to top management, enabling informed decision-making.

As our CPO you will be monitoring the opportunity portfolio related to projects, analyzing performance, and proposing improvement actions during the selling phase and your responsibilities incluce:

• Preparation and conduct of SOC (Solution Opportunity Committee) and REL (Risk Escalation Level) reviews, contributing to decision-making and project performance monitoring during the execution phase
• Acting as the referent of the Customer Project Process (CPP) for your cluster, providing regular trainings and updates on CPP templates and procedures
• Supporting the deployment of processes and new tools, and participating in assessments
