Description:

Our client is an MNC and one of the leading players in the aerospace industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Quality Engineer to join their team for ongoing transformation projects. The position is located in the East.
Working hours: 5 days per week
Mondays to Fridays: 8am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring adherence to their quality standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on customer scorecards to measure performance and satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the company and for external stakeholders.
  • Initiate and manage containment actions within 48 hours to address quality issues.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing technical specifications, quality plans, sampling plans, and inspection procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and assist in internal and customer audits.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with AS9100/9120 quality standards.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
  • Professional quality certifications (e.g., ASQ-CQE, CQA).
  • Certification in Internal Auditing and/or AS9100 Lead Auditor.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations.
