We are looking for Customer Quality Engineer (all genders) for our team!

Responsibilities:

  • You will support an assigned clientele with regard to customer-related quality issues
  • You will process customer complaints together with the responsible departments in Europe and China
  • You regularly take part in meetings with customers and internal departments
  • You maintain customer portals for the defined quality topics
  • You ensure that customer-related requirements are up to date and check the requirements for changes
  • You ensure on-site activities with our customers
