Description:

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in a technical field (preferred in quality management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related disciplines).
  • Experience in the field of quality in the automotive industry or manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of tools and techniques such as PPAP and 8D Problem Solving.
  • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers regarding the quality of delivered products, addressing their requests and inquiries.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and proactively implementing activities to improve the overall experience.
  • Implementing actions to ensure product compliance with quality requirements and standards.
  • Coordinating with the quality manager to efficiently resolve quality issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintaining internal records and tracking customer complaints, as well as creating reports on quality status and improvement initiatives.
  • Participating in product quality planning and control processes according to customer specifications and requirements.
  • Regular reporting on product quality and processes in line with customer requirements.
  • Monitoring quality performance and working on achieving targets related to complaint reduction and raising standards.
  • Leading a problem-solving team using advanced methods and tools such as 8D Problem Solving and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Participating in the implementation and maintenance of standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific and internal company standards.
  • Actively participating in internal and external audits of standards.
  • Contributing to developing new projects from a customer quality perspective, providing support and guidelines for quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle
