Summary
We are looking for a “Customer Quality Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Quality Management” department at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date.
The “Quality Management” department is responsible for the application of processes in the offer, development and order execution phases. In each of these phases, the quality and customer requirements must be ensured and the reviews carried out must be evaluated.

Your Tasks

  • Evaluation of quality requirements in customer inquiries / contracts for feasibility and risks
  • Communication of quality requirements with the customer and control of their implementation over the complete product life cycle
  • Enforcement and communication of measures in development and project teams
  • Analysis of internal and / or external quality problems including documentation
  • Processing of customer evaluations and integration of the action plans into the organization
  • Review and preparation of schedule, cost and capacity plans
  • Creation of priorities and definition of interfaces
  • Participation / evaluation of requirement specifications

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in engineering / industrial engineering or comparable
  • Several years of experience in quality management
  • Knowledge of project and process management
  • Customer orientation
  • Knowledge of how to use SAP
  • Process-oriented and independent way of working
  • High quality awareness and strong ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and English skills
