Customer Relation AR Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Initiate outbound calls and send emails to account holders to remind them of outstanding payments and secure payment commitment dates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing billing-related queries and issues.
• Monitor payment dates and follow up with account holders to ensure timely payments.
• Issue waivers or credit notes for customer disputes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and track all billing cases.
• Assist in preparing reports and loading accounts.
• Send statements of account, reminder letters, and tax invoices to account holders.Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
