REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 1 year of customer service / call center experience
  • Passion for service and possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior role
    Working Location: Yishun
    Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
    Salary: Up to $3,200

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide support on pre and post sales related enquiries (products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries)
  • Resolve customers’ feedback and complaints promptly.
  • Manage post sales service-related matters for existing clients.
  • Instill customer loyalty and retention through outbound service calls.
