Customer Relations Officer

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and able to communicate clearly and efficiently to our guests
• Strong customer oriented mindset with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to take pressure
• Exceptional grooming habits and positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality to customers
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Excel) and internet savvy
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Responsible for welcoming customers in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets’ seating procedures
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and/or feedback, promotion packages via phone calls and email timely, professionally and in an efficient manner and make outbound calls when needed
• Respond appropriately to enquiries / feedbacks and escalate when needed
• Answer calls, process customers’ reservations and update system accordingly
• Ensure PDPA compliance when handling personal data of customers
• Coordinate private events for large group reservations
• Provide customers with estimated waiting time
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
• Seat guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations
