Forvia, a leading automotive technology leader, is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Engineer to join our team at our cutting-edge facility.

As a Customer Relationship Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
  • Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
  • Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
  • Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
  • Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
  • Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
  • Update control plan, be part of FMEA revision
  • Validate initial samples (PPAP, ECR management with customer)
