CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) ASSISTANT (PT)

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

The College is looking for exceptional colleagues to join the MVCC community. We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Assistant in our Holistic Student Support department. The CRM Assistant in Holistic Student Support is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies using CRM software to enhance student engagement, retention, and success. This role involves working closely with college staff to create effective communication plans tailored to various student demographics and needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Two (2) years’ experience computer programming or CRM software, or similar platform
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in higher education or student services
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

  • Builds, implements and maintains comprehensive communication plans using CRM software;
  • Collaborate with college offices and academic schools to understand communication needs and objectives;
  • Utilizes the CRM Software to schedule, automate, and track communications with students;
  • Develops engaging and informative content for various communication channels;
  • Tailors content to meet the specific needs of different student groups, college departments and situations;
  • Generates reports on communication activities and student engagement metrics;
  • Uses data insights to optimize and improve future communication strategies;
  • Ensures all communications comply with institutional policies and regulations;
  • Stays updated on best practices in student communication and engagement strategies;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Successful candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm and for a total of 24 - 29 hours per week. The work schedule offers some flexibility and will be determined upon hire.
