Responsibilities:

  • You receive leads from the Inbound lead representative, and you categorize them based on their level of interest, engagement, or readiness to purchase
  • You keep the leads engaged to move them further down the sales funnel by consistently providing value, addressing concerns, and answering questions in a timely and helpful manner.
  • You interact closely with the program owners of your product portfolio and will gain valuable insights into the program’s unique selling points (USPs) and tailor your approach to effectively address potential participants’ needs and aspirations.
  • You manage the total engagement process until registration of contact.
  • Your proactivity and process-driven mindset enables you to continuously improve and develop methods, procedures, and strategies that optimize the conversion process.
  • You give feedback to marketing and program owners to help tune marketing campaigns and to create the right communication content and flows in all stages of the funnel
