  • Verantwortung für die Software “Hubspot” im Vertrieb
  • Aufbau und fortlaufende Betreuung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Datenbank
  • Koordination, Planung und Umsetzung von (Vertriebs-)Kampagnen und Aktionen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Webkonferenzen, Mailing-Aktionen, Landingpages, Abos, etc.
  • Fortlaufende Betreuung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenkommunikation
  • Dienstleistersteuerung und Kommunikation mit Agenturen
  • Mitarbeit bei abteilungsbezogenen Projekten
  • Veranstaltungs- und Messemanagement
