Description:
YOUR MISSION
- Build and nurture long-term, impactful relationships with customers across the UK and DACH regions, managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their e-commerce goals and KPIs.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies and to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Consulting, Development, Service Desk) and external partners to enhance client outcomes and resolve issues quickly.
- Lead proposal development and drive contract negotiations with key decision-makers, while independently executing sales campaigns.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system, while developing and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage regularly with C-level executives and stakeholders, ensuring strong, value-driven relationships.
