• You define and manage the CRM strategy and roadmap.
• You collect and evaluate business requirements and resolve system issues.
• You define standards and targets for the CRM processes and structures.
• You ensure alignment between business and IT and host global CRM Key User community.
• You run continuous improvement processes and rollout projects in an agile environment.
