Join Close Brothers Asset Finance Team where you will be supporting the Pay Out team with preparing accurate payments to our suppliers, brokers and customers, as well as maintaining day to day administration. Our ideal team member will have previous experience with managing payments and working in an analytical capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers.
  • Process deposits and initial payments on ALFA system.
  • Accurate loading all types of finance agreements to platforms used by Asset including Salesforce and Alfa, with a full understanding of how each agreement and product works.
  • Process all associated documentation for new business transactions on the ALFA lease management system.
  • To check all finance documentation for new transactions are correct and adherence to credit sanction has been met, to ensure full compliance with current legislation and credit policies.
  • To help support the team with additional tasks as required to maintain the smooth running of the office.
