Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
  • Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.
  • Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
  • Evaluate the need for escalation
  • Put suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessity
