Description:

In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients customers, so you will need to provide excellent customer service at all times. You’ll chat to customers via various channels (Phone/Email/Web Chat etc) whilst being given the freedom to help them in to resolve any issues they may have. Please be aware, this role is required to be based at our head office full time.

WHAT WE ARE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • We are looking for candidates to have a strong customer service background, ideally this will come from a telephone based role. However, if you have experience of giving exceptional customer service, we want to speak with you!
  • Computer Literate – Ideally you will have worked in a role dealing with telephony system and will be comfortable using Microsoft Packages such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Attention to detail – You will understand that giving the right advice and detail to customers is paramount.
  • Flexible – We want people who can adapt to an ever changing environment, you will also be required to work shifts Monday – Friday across 8am-8pm on a rota basis.

Responsibilities:

  • We want to make a fundamental difference to our clients customers, and we really mean a difference – we want you to treat our customers exactly how you would want to be treated.
  • You will take full responsibility of the full lifecycle of a customer query, you will receive training on all possible queries that could arise, meaning you have the ability to deal with any problem that a customer may have.
  • You will take customer contact in various forms, this could be via the telephone or digitally through email/web chat. Providing the best customer service at all times throughout the customer contact.
  • You will have the freedom to help customers in the exact way you would like to be helped, trying to figure out the best possible outcome at all times.
  • As the first point of contact to the customers you’ll treat them with kindness, positivity and openness.
  • We are looking for people who can be adaptable and who can support teammates or your manager with specific queries or activities helping the team deliver amazing service.
