We are looking for new colleagues to join our high-performing Customer Resolution team in Kastrup, Denmark!

WE EXPECT OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER TO BE:

  • Previous experience working in the aviation industry and having a technical background would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • Having experience working with SAP (ERP) and Fresh Desk would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
    BUT, most importantly, we are looking for the right PERSON to join our great team of 34 people with 14 different nationalities – a team where we depend on each other to keep performance high.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing requests received by e-mails and phone
  • Following up on orders to ensure KPI’s such as delivery on time and customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Acting as the global contact on a daily basis to supply management, warehouse, shipping, sales, product management, accounting etc.
  • Acting as back-up for your colleagues when needed
  • Working together with stakeholders to meet the target dates
  • Alignment meetings with internal stakeholders and customers when neede
